Why chose Tour Jax?
This is a great walking tour. Amanda, the tour guide, is very knowledgeable and makes the tour fun and interesting. There is a lot of history in the area and plenty to see. There are several murals and Amanda knows all the history of the artists. The stops at the boutiques (wine and cheese) were fun and the ice cream stop was awesome. This is a must for a relaxing evening.

I recently took Amanda's Murray Hill History and Mural Tour and thoroughly enjoyed it.
As a 30+ year veteran of the travel industry, I have certainly taken many a tour in many different cities and countries. However, I had never taken one in my own backyard. Amanda was extremely knowledgeable about the history of the area as well as the city. And, I am ashamed to say, as I drive through Murray Hill several times a week, I had never noticed the many fantastic murals. And, not only the ones in full view, but she shared a few hidden gems that I would never have even known were there.
I have recommended her tours to my neighbors and friends and would encourage anyone to learn a little about our fun neighborhood.

My wife and I had a wonderful time on the Tour Jax trip through Jacksonville's Murray Hill. Amanda was friendly, knowledgeable, and able to answer the group's many questions about one of Jacksonville's oldest neighborhoods. You'll love seeing the many colorful murals that decorate this quaint section of Jacksonville. We also love the visit to Dreamette, Jacksonville's oldest and best ice cream shop!

We were so happy to come across Tour Jax on Facebook. While we didn't feel comfortable doing inside activities at the time it was WONDERFUL to get out and tour our own city. We really enjoyed the murals and the neighborhood.
